Question:
What are the risks associated with rhinoplasty?
Answer:
As with any surgery, there are risks associated with rhinoplasty, which include recurring nosebleeds, difficulty breathing through the nose, numbness in and around the nose, and pain, discoloration or swelling that may persist. Another risk is displeasure with the finished nose resulting either from too much or too little cartilage being removed or an uneven-looking nose.
