Question:

How long is the healing process after rhinoplasty surgery?

Answer:

Rhinoplasty patients can expect to feel socially presentable and confident within one week of surgery. In fact many people return to work or school in as little as five days after surgery by Dr. Rizk. Rhinoplasty is an outpatient procedure, but the first two days following surgery are very important in the healing process. During those days, the nose and the face area should be iced meticulously. As mentioned above, swelling may take six months or longer to completely subside.
