Question:

How long do you need to wait before you can return to work after facelift?

Answer:

Most patients are socially presentable within one week after facelift surgery. There will still be some swelling, which will subside over time, but you will be able to return to work. Surgical dressings are removed one day after the surgery, and since Dr. Rizk does not use drains there is no delay in healing. Pain in general is minimal and most stitches will be removed 7 to 10 days post procedure.
